If you have a local adress (in the same city as the location your renting from) you need ID, Proof of Income, Insurance card and or utillity bill with all matching adresses. They place a $150 plus the full amount of rental if your renting for personal use. If you have an Insurance reservation or a dealership is paying for the car you need a 50$ deposit. Using a credit card is much faster and easier.

Yes

No but you will need a pay stub and utility bill. They will also put a hold on your debit card

I've used my debit card, but they usually put a hold on it which is a percentage of the rental fee, you will also need a bill with your name and address and three references
