I understand it maybe your policy that no food or drink is to be consumed within your itrolly, but is it your policy to refuse customers entry onto the itrolly for just carrying it. The food was wrapped, there were no straws in the cups.

The food was wrapped and the cups were sealed WITH NO STRAWS! We made a point of saying thanks to the driver and said good night, he said nothing!!! THE ONLY ONE over the 2 weeks we used you. Very disappointed, can only put it down to the ONE BAD APPLE !

If it is an open container, then yes. All food and drink must be sealed and packed away. A lidded cup with a straw, for example, would be considered open container and is a spill hazard. Thank you for your interest in the I-Ride Trolley Service and wishing you safe travels! :)
