No it doesn't, but you can take it to stop 27 / G12 near SeaWorld then transfer to Lynx Route 50, which provides good service to Disney Springs and the Ticketing and Transportation Center where you can catch the monorail to Magic Kingdom and Epcot.
It goes to seaworld and cross over the road and link bus to Disney transfer transport .
As far as I remember, it does not. It stops at the outlet malls somewhat near Disney Springs.
