I am in complete agreement. My friend requested an upper level management member to contact him over the poor quality of service on the part of the working floor supervisor or shift lead who worked at the time of our visit but no one has responded back to him. Its terrible and not, im certain, up to kfc standards.
I couldn't agree more, try the corporate number. Google it, I've never gone back after horrible service & then not having all of their menu items 2 hrs after opening.
