Can anyone explain why during high season, management reduced the number of employees.
It is a nightmare shopping here lately, always un-necessary waiting. Employees under lots of stress, it's evident by their attitudes!!

If I know what I need, I do a pre-order then pay at the front register and I'm in and out in 5-10 minutes tops.

In season or out of season all the same to me. I use Scan & Go. I'm greeted by Sam's personnel when I walk in and I see another when I walk out. Simple as that.
