They do have a special menu for Easter and Mother's Day 2018. They are normally open for breakfast on Sundays but won't be on these holidays. Their special holiday hours and information is posted on their front door right now but I would advise you to call them for that information or stop by before hand to read their posted sign

I wouldn't waste my time
They have a crab leg special which is one reason I make it a point to eat there when I'm in town. Also to sit at the bar and sit my drink in the snow.
I don't think they have menu for specific holidays...they might offer some specials but I would call the restaurant for your answer.
