Dr Little is one of the most attentive and compassionate doctors I've ever known. He listens to his patients and really works hard to help his patients. Of all the doctors I know he is the one I'd see when I needed pain management.

I don't have anything to say but....they didn't take my insurance..or.. self pay. So my time to give him my referral was wasted.He's the doc I've heard so much about. It's sad to me. And they call it st. Anthony. Ouch. St Anthony had an underlying devotion for the sick and the poor

Dr. Little is the only pain doctor in Englewood. So if you live in Englewood, Dr. Little will be your pain doctor unless you want to drive for 30-45 minutes to the next closest office. He is also a Marijuana doctor if you need one. He is the only doctor I know who does not allow emotional service animals in his office. His explanation is he performs minor surgeries there (once a week), and the whole office must be kept sterile. He keeps a pretty full staff - two or three nurses, a nurse practitioner, an office manager, a very skillfull masseur, and, of course, a receptionist to keep everybody organized.
