How to get a refund after a customer complain ? The cafee late was cold and had stuff wiming on the surface . Discusting ! I was ased if i want a replacement or refund . I chose refund . It never happend! I hope other will not get treated that way

I apologize that you had a horrible experience. You should have asked for the number for the general manager.
