I too have never had a problem. I emailed them first and a representative contacted me via phn. Therefore after all contact via phn was excellent. Sorry ur having trouble, try emailing them and see if u can get a response that way. Gl
It works best to email Amber first. She will call you asap. Its usually the following week day. NCCRM is very busy but they always got back to me.
