The people are nice and they fixed my phone. The issue for Google phones is they only have one loaner and have to order parts, they do not have much in stock which is a Google issue, not a ubreakifix issue. They were very patient and helpful.

If your son is tech saavy, and it's a SIM card replacement, I'd give that a go. I will say our experience with UbreakIfix have been exemplary and professional if the phone needs something more internal done.
Ryan, depends on what you need repaired. I can tell you my experience. We had a broken screen. They gave us two opinions, my son chose the more expensive option and I believe it was about $120. They fixed it in less than 20 minutes and has been great since. It is the second time I have had them work on my phones and I would COMPLETELY recommend them.
