Yes! Cook the pizza on the paper tray. It is for one time use only.

Like John Gallegher said, yes. Although if you like a crisper crust like I do, you can take it off for the last 4 or 5 minutes and bake the crust directly on the oven rack or use a cookie sheet with holes in it.
