Friendly staff, food was made hella quick. Lobby was pretty clean, which was nice. We all had sandwiches but their pizza is pretty bomb too.

This Dion's is "like a box of chocolates": on their good days they are better than the competing delivery chains, but you just never know if its gonna be one of those good days. I've been ordering the same pizza from this location at about the same time on the same day every week for months, and the best I can say is that the experience has been inconsistent. Some weeks they are on time and the quality is very good - these are the times when I gladly tolerate that they don't deliver: its a real restaurant after all, I tell myself. Other times - and I'm sad to say these have been the majority lately - pickups are running 20 minutes late and/or the pizza is greasy as hell, with a bitter smoke flavor that screams "too much mozzarella, flash cooked in a dirty oven" . No doubt all these problems are due to shaky staffing, the plague of the service industry, but I must say at this point I am ready to go back to a national chain with an "okay" quality that I can at least rely on.

Order two ham and Swiss subs, only one came with Greek dressing and both were a little over cooked. Not the best I had. Very disappointed

All I can say is incredible… We always get a mix of pizza, sub sandwich, and the chef salad because we can’t pick which tastes best. Online ordering is also fast and friendly. I wish they would open one of these in San Antonio.
