I was involved a low impact accident and the insurance company is only trying to pay the medical bills and no pain or suffering. I don't believe that is fair because my shoulder and back is still causing me issues and the accident happened 10/25

We that's their specialty. Call and speak with them. They stayed with me from before I was eligible to file until I won both disability and social security. Let them know the insurance company isn't owning up to their responsibility.
