They open at 8AM. I got there on a Saturday at 4:15AM, and was 8th in line.
Hi Patty. The hours aren't the issue. Its first come first serve. They have a daily limit. You need to get there first thing in the morning. Look up their hours on the net. Get there at opening time. They take your phone number and text you 45 minutes prior to your "appointment". It may be hours after you sign in. You get there later...they may be booked up. Also note, Medford only does registrations, license renewals are not done there, but the salem county MV does that its about an hour south of medford but its lines are not too long down there. Still go there ascearly as possible.
