They don't have parking of their own. How ever I got there early like 9:15am and found a place to park under the skyway. It cost me $8 for the day but to me it was worth it.
The Buffalo Naval Park has approximately 20 reserved spaces in the Marine Drive Apartment lot across the street from the Park. Proceed down Marine Drive, turn right into the lot and make an immediate right toward the Naval Park. The marked spaces have signage that read “RESERVED FOR BUFFALO NAVAL PARK & LIBERTY HOUND RESTAURANT”
There's a lot across from the marina that's free.
