They do not, at least at the locations in NYS per the state liquor laws. Wine cant be served/sold in grocery stores.

Theres a premier liquor around the corner that does wine sampling.
They can't sell wine and hard liquor based on (archaic) New York State law. However on their website they feature "1818", a restaurant that serves 12 local brewers' beers, plus cocktails and wines.
No wine at all, only beer.
