Yes they accept EBT cards from any state or county so long as you know your pin. My mom uses hers all the time here. And you can use your EBT for hot bar items as well. They do not sell bread bowls but they sell other types of fresh bread like French and Italian, Challah, buns, brioche rolls, sliced bread in all types and lots of seasonal loafs.
