It is recommended, also the buffet is only available at dinner and for brunch. Lunch is only menu.
Reservations are always best (use the app or phone line) but off peak hours and days you may be able to do a walk-in with a minimum wait time.
I would recommend it, but it wasn't busy when we went for lunch.
Recommend. We didn't when we decided last minute to go and our wait was 90 minutes. We still enjoyed it.

I got breakfast there and it was empty. No reservation was needed for breakfast when i went on a Friday in July.
