Can an outsider come here and use the facilities? I live in Edgewater and I am not an alumni. Is there payment?

You can get someone from CSUB to sponsor you

Full time students have full access to the gym. Part time students, faculty, alumni, and other people who are affiliated with CSUB can access the facility with a paid membership. Unfortunately, if you have no ties with CSUB at all, you have to be sponsored, meaning you need someone that is affiliated with CSUB to go with you to fill out paperwork.
