Every staff member I've talked to has been easy going and nice. I once dropped my earbuds case into a machine and they retrieved it for me despite the difficulty involved. In the 19 months I've been there, the machines have consistently worked and I've had no problems in the showers. I just wish they were open earlier on weekends so I could go early in the morning, and that they didn't lock me into a twelve month contract.

Gym is alright for the price. Clean, organized, and good equipment. Maintenance guy is a very friendly human being. Although staff members is just horrible, need to get retrain on good customer service skills. The environment doesn’t make you feel welcome. I’m the type of person who doesn’t care on spending the money as longest its worth it. On the other hand, group classes are always getting canceled which is so annoying. Yet, now that many gyms have reopen I rather go spend my money elsewhere. Good luck getting smiles after signing for the membership.

On the flyer in front of the gym it states Monday through Wednesday, it's open 24 hours. On Thursday the the gym opens at 5:00 and closes at 11:00 pm. On Friday the gym opens at 5:00 am and close at 9:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday, the gym opens at 7:00 am and closes at 7:00 pm.
Google is correct. You're looking at it different. They do close at 9pm. If it was 12 that would make it technically early Saturday morning.
They do not yet. They will be building a child area. I am not sure when. The only answer I got was soon.
