Not that I have seen.
I wouldn't know, but I know a place in Bloomington, near Fontana and Colton. Right next to The 10 freeway, they have quails. I've seen them there. If you wanna check it out, it is on Cedar, where Farmer Boy's is on the corner. And Bakers on the opposite corner, across is a Arco. If you come from the left, you'll go left on a small street (forgot the name), as soon as you turn left. Be careful, you will need to do a U-turn. At that, you pass the Dairy Queen, I think. There is another small street. Go right. And it is a fenced place. It looks like a creepy place, but you'll see the painted walls of pets. I think its Ellie's Pets or something. However, the birds there most likely got abused by the guys selling them. Most Mexicans can't handle nor have the patience to work with birds.
Bellflower birds and pets do. They are good quality too.
