Do you train birds? I have a little macaw that tends to not let anyone touch him other than me, ive been trying to teach him that biting is bad and that he should like everyone but ive had no progress

How old? Macaws tend to bond with a single person in the household. You need to find who that is and have them start the training. Lots of YouTube videos on how to do it.

The bird has bonded to you. It will probably won't let others touch him. That is the way of the parrot. Other bird species (conjures, ringnecks and the sort) will usually be friendly to whomever.
