Not really for sure but from what everyone else is saying I would say between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Hey say for today it opens at noon.
For evening events,the gates open at 5:30 p.m. There's a 2 p.m. event today,so it probably opens about 12:30.I believe it's Approx.30 mins. before trials and 1 1/2 hours before the races begin.
Pretty sure it opens by 10am
