This is a buffet of 60+ hot & cold items. Half of hot items are basics like fried chicken, french fries, mashed potato & gravy served daily The other half hot dishes & vegetables are rotated daily for variety. The cold salad bar & desert bar items are the same items daily. Home made soups are rotated daily. Your question is impossible to answer for specific day?
It is a buffet restaurant, there are many types of food to choose from. They have a nice salad bar. Then from there different types of meats. From pork ribs, Tri tip, beef brisket, There is fried chicken, Fish. And they had an enchilada casserole, carnitas, beans. Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, French fries, some sort of sausage. Much more..its been a few months since I was there...but the dessert bar is to die for...So much to choose from. Believe me you get more than your money's worth and you will leave with a full stomach and be very satisfied I'm sure. Hope that helps.
