Went out to dinner, for my birthday on Saturday the 17th of September. Our reservations was at 6 pm They told us that we was early. That was a good thing , so we was upstairs our server was the bar tender . She was absolutely great , very good worker drinks were perfect. 🥃🍹 So we got our appatizer and she took our order. Well ordered around 7:25pm , this order must have gotten lost in the kitchen. Because our server told us she was going to check on it. Now it was close to 8:45 pm. Our food comes out and our server told the young man that the order was wrong. She was doing a great job and she noticed it so, back to the kitchen and then we got our at 9:00 pm . The chicken fried steak was not warm and the gravy was cold . I really didn't want to send it back, but it wasn't the Birthday dinner that I was expecting from such a great place . 🤔😐 So we got a ribeye steak and just shared it. Because it was really getting late and my friend can't eat dinner real late .😟 We both wanted to eat and afterwards .go down stairs and dance the night away, we only had time to dance to two songs . 😒😕🤔☹️ The kitchen dropped the ball, on my Birthday dinner. The service is very good. All requests were met within a timely manor. The food was tasty. They accommodated me by giving me a vegan pesto penne pasta with artichokes and mushrooms. It was a big portion and I ate it all. 8/10. The music was lovely and even when it was just music videos playing I found it to be a nice conversation topic.

Depends. For brunch and dinner it's great for kids. At night for the shows I think they have a no one under 21 rule.

OMG Buck Owens Crystal Palace is awesome I love it there and yes it's very kid and family friendly. They have the best tasting food too. Every time I've ever been there the kids love it because there's always a life show and never a dull moment. Anyway I definitely recommend this place to anybody it's awesome
