Can my dog really damage her ear if she keeps scratching it? Because it seems like probably she has an ear infection because she won’t stop scratching and is in pain when scratching.

That's a classic ear infection sign. Take her in. Some antibiotics and the cone of shame should take care of it. These people are amazing, but if your dog has a regular vet then I would go there because ACCESS is for emergencies. Think of the ER vs youre primary doc. It costs more, a lot more.
