Me and a friend went to get are ID about 3-4 weeks ago and I haven't got it yet but my friend got his on the 2week what do I do

I got my real I'd license in about a week in a half. But they didn't put everything on it like my motorcycle endorsement so I went back took 2 hours and have to wait again for my new license. I would go back or maybe call dmv see if there's a reason. For it being late I do know that Sacramento post office is way behind do to the virus.
