Call 1 800 Walmart. I always have problems at this Walmart. At Christmas time I was asking for some help in the toy department and three people in the toy department told me they did not carry tricycles. I finally found the tricycles by myself and then I had questions about the tricycles. I took the two options I was considering to a CSM and her answer to me was I don't know we don't play with the toys. I really just use the store for the pharmacy because it's right down the street from me. I have tried several times to talk to a manager and there never seems to be one available. The other day I was treated so rudely at the pharmacy try to report it to someone all I could say was that's not my department. I really do not shop at this Walmart for anything accept my prescriptions. They need some serious help at this Walmart especially with the manager. I don't care what the problem is it's never their fault. A example of this would be no shopping carts available and it's not their fault
Go to the head manager or better still call check there website am sure you'll see somebody who will assist you. Thanks
