Why did my wife pay $11 to replace a tire we bought a few weeks ago with full insurance on it.

Probably to cover the cost of the insurance for the new tire.

Probably to cover the cost to renew the policy on that 1 tire that replaced the other.

She shouldn't have had too. I would go back and question it. This guys are normally really good when it comes to this. All fees should have been waived.
