so i went there to get my my number transferred and then this other customer came in said she was ahead of me and she just went to grab money so i let her go first with an associate. while she was doing that with the first associate, the second associate was finishing up with another customer and got done with that, he completely skipped me so definitely disappointed since i’m a new customer and i’m first impression of at&t aren’t good or at least at this location.

I already have an I Phone on AT&T. Its on a family plan with my daughter. I am thinking of going on my own plan so my daughter doesn't have to pay my way. How would I go about changing over to my own plan?
