Negative, you can't bring in your own food. Empty water bottles/canteens are allowed. I didn't see legit fill-up stations, surprisingly, but their drinking fountains worked fine.

No they don't trust their patrons and automatically assume that's not water but enough pure LSD to dose the entire area of the pretentious and snobby Los Feliz. Getting free ice water from a bar is generally a chore but I usually tell the bar keep that my friend has eaten a bunch of pressed ecstacy pills and is sweating perfusly and feels like she's overheating. Only the bartenders who are truly bitter and resentful at the world refuse at that point. So it's about 50/50 that it works
If the water bottle is sealed they generally don't care. They are looking for bottles people stash vodka in. I freeze my water bottles the night before. Helps during the hot summer.
Empty plastic/nalgene bottles only. There is one bottle filling station on the north side of the venue. If you don't, be prepared to spend $7 for water!!
The Greek allowed me to bring in an empty water bottle. I just saw my 1st show at The Hollywood Bowl and they encourage one to pack a picnic basket DEPENDING on the event.
