Section c require a person to have the ability to climb stairs
They do have seating available for the impaired
You're gonna have to work it out with the employees or something because there's a lot of stairs going up but it is possible to roll the person up there ( if they are in a wheelchair ) slowly.
I strongly suggest that you guys call them at the number they have here if possible, go speak to someone from the office personally or check their website to find out exactly where they have the special seats that have been designed for people who are unable to walk situated. I hope these suggestions help you in some way.
Yes I realize that the cost is more money. Unfornately I don't have extra. It's sad because even being disabled costs you more.
