Ihop potatoes are about the same as Dennys or black bear. Aldente and unsalted! Not very good. You can sub them with almost anything though. My hubby subbed them for a pancake! The main great thing Ihop has going for it is it's 24hr open hours. A few notches above Dennys quality in general.
