This is just a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and up to date. Mattresses are good. The staff is very attentive, great customer service. And the location is conveniently right off the freeway, but not so close that you hear it in your room. There is plenty of parking. The pricing is a little bit higher than other hotels in the area. Not significantly higher. But then it's nicer than the other hotels nearby as well.

Staff is really helpful and friendly they were the best part of our stay. Room cleanliness was okay. If you’re going for the pool I wouldn’t classify it as a water park, much smaller than it looks in photos. The Poole cleanliness wasn’t great either. Be sure to know kids under 48” can’t ride the big slide which was a letdown for my kids who were just under that. My kids had fun but we probably won’t be back.

I only stayed here because it’s one of the only hotels that allows dogs that also has a pool. I’ve had 2 previous experiences where I booked my room through the hotel 6 weeks in advance to get a good rate only to find out my room is canceled 2 weeks before my stay so I have to re book it for a higher rate. What a huge mistake on my part for booking my last and final stay. When I arrived the room was smelly, the bathroom sink was plugged and we muscled through it. And they had the nerve to over charge me 1,200+ dollars for my stay. I can’t wait to hear their excuses on that charge. I will Never stay at another holiday inn express again. This establishment has lost a customer forever.

Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. Later that evening, as we were relaxing in our pj's, we could not find the remote control for the TV. We called the front desk, they were very put out, wanted us to come get the remote. We stated we were in our pj's so she said she'd send someone up. That was at 9:20 pm. At 10:30 pm our phone rang, waking us up, wanting to know our name. Some confusion as to not showing us being there. Woke up the next morning to no remote still, no body wash or conditioner in the shower. Upon check out, we asked for a receipt which really put the clerk out. She was very rude. Pretty said as the motel is conveniently located. Won't stay again. DO NOT RECOMMEND
