how come the park hours on G map says open till 5pm while Christmas train rides only available at 6:30, can we still walk around inside after 5? Thanks

The official park closing time is 5pm on normal days. For the Christmas holiday lights and train ride, the time is from 6:30 onwards. That's special event timings. We went last week and holiday lights and train ride was really awesome.

During their Holiday Light it's open until 9pm

Yes its open until 10 pm for the holidays
