The walk in day is Sunday. All the other days it's expected to make an appointment
Veterinary Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. / Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. We have a walk-in clinic on Saturday and Sunday all day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please check in by 4:30 p.m. to ensure that you are seen. Please note that there is a $50 comprehensive exam price for weekend walk-ins regardless of the type of exam. Also, Spays and Neuters MUST be scheduled in advance. We cannot do these procedures without an appointment or veterinarian approval.

Depends on what it's for. If it's routine, then I'd say yes make an appointment. I walked in on a saturday, but it wasn't something routine.
When I was there, they offered a walk in clinic and then regular appointments. I was there for very sad reason. So I did pay much attention. Sorry
