No problems with my provider. He's great. My issues were addressed and I was told the scheduling people will call me to schedule a scope for the following week. No one called me. I reached out out to the nurse after several days. She did nothing but forward my voice-mail. No one called. When I finally spoke to someone I was told I would have to wait two months and they'll call if something comes up. So now IGA knows I've been sick for months and are completely ok with me being sick for who knows how long. Am I unhappy? Very.
