Can I drop off animals that I have been carrying for that are not technically mine? Without getting in any legal trouble? And can the owners of these animals pick them up from the humane society? Somebody please help me

That sounds logical. As long as the owner can prove that, those animals are theirs. I only went there to see the place and check on prices to adopt. Which were pretty doable.
