Do you use peanut oil to fry????? We have a child with a nut allergy.....what is the liklyhood of cross contamination with nuts????

I would question the peanut issue. I have been in the back in the kitchen of Chiklis many times working on their systems. I have never seen any special prep for peanut issues. I would be very careful
