Hi Lori. I'm so sorry for that experience. We contacted all of our patients 1 week in advance to let them know we would be closing and offered all of our patients earlier appointments the same day. We must either have the wrong contact information for you or there was some kind of miscommunication. Either way, we value our patients time and energy so I am sorry that happened.
