DR.LE is a fantastic, wonderful doctor that I really enjoyed him taking care if me. But the office and how they Handel things is a complete shame.

I love Dr. Le and Allen and all the staff❤ I have always been treated professionally and with the utmost respect. They go above and beyond, which is rare now days! As far as meds go...Dr. Le is a Surgeon. Your Primary Care Hysician is there to handle your Pain Management after your Surgeon. Wish all my Dr.s were like Dr. Le!

I broke my ankle on both sides and I think Dr Le is a great doctor but I am still having a lot of pain cuz being I am a diabetic this will take quite longer to heal completely. But my doctor said that the pharmacy? Why he was still giving me pain meds and that my last visit would be the last time he could give me a refill and said my primary care physician would have to refill it from now on until I am no longer needing it. I have yet understand that cuz he is the doctor that is still treating me. So we'll just have to wait and see what happens. Isee him again on February 5th. Hopefully my primary care physician will take care of my meds for me. But I think the doctor that is treating you should be the one that gives you your refills until you are completely healed. Right, one would think so. Do you?

I have experienced that recently (in the past 6-8 months..but then for myself I had both knees with surgery in 2016 and good relief afterwards..did not need any more post-op checks & at that time his staff was great efficient supportive empathetic and professional and Dr James is an excellent physician in every way possible 🙂 I returned in 2018 due to the acute (as Dr James had previously informed me would happen). The staff is not the same, at all. Statements from the Dr himself (in the office visit) are completely ignored by the staff.. with the exception of the referral Dept and specifically the lead person there(she was, & still is the same employee from 2016😉). When informed,by the physician, himself we will have a telephone conversation after completing the testing performed..then to contact the office to follow up (as informed) only for the staff to offer: "an appointment", instead is wrong..the worst?.. this "Appointment" is 2 & 1/2 months out (away).
