I was wondering why would you advertise as female only staff? Isn't that being discriminatory and couldn't it make some people hesitant to come to you for treatment or apply for a job. Just a thought.

I am choosing to go to this office precisely because it has an all female staff. Some women just feel more relaxed around other women and others may have experienced some type of trauma in the past that makes being in the care of men very uncomfortable. 💕

I want to agree with Allison and Carissa both. I want to think the 2 of you for actually noticing these things. I am a single mom from a 9 year physically abusive relationship, and I do have a fear of dentist due to an "uncomfortable" experience I had elsewhere. When I was searching for female dentists in Asheville, I can literally count on one hand MAYBE how many were female. So I love the fact it's an all female facility... Hoping they are expecting new patients!!! #fingerscrossed

I personally did not allow that to influence my choice of Dr. Willoughby as I was attracted to her more holistic aspect of dentistry. I found her to be a very compassionate person as well as the other staff, and would highly recommend this office to anyone. I have a phobia of going to the dentist and received comfort above and beyond!
