Is this a good place to swim? If so what's the best spot? If not, can you please suggest a good swimming hole in the area

Now its too rough. Good rapids for a raft though.

This is a great swimming spot in the summertime.

Unless you are a member of the polar bear club, I'd come back in the summer..
