You can put your name in by calling. They won't seat you though until everyone is there. Maybe check about the maximum number of people who can be seated together. They may need to split the 12 into 2 groups.
Well Amy, If you call TEXAS ROADHOUSE RESTAURANT ahead of time & EXPLAIN that you want to bring in a PARTY of 12, They will accommodate you. My Grown Children did that for My 60th Birthday back in August of 2015. TEXAS ROADHOUSE put several tables 2gether for us & it was an OUTSTANDING Night. HAVE FUN!!!!👍

Parties of 10 or more will be split into two tables and you'll have 2 servers but the tables will be very close to eachother if not behind one another it will be next to or across
Definitely call ahead. Im sure the will find a way to do that for you.
12 will definitely be split up, tables near each other, but there's no room for 12 altogether
