I agree 25 minutes is a long time to wait. Yes, lunch time and dinner time are the bad times of the Day. And they cater to the drive up window more, If it was only once, not too, if it happens often, e-mail KFC with a complaint.
If you going to wait that long get it cook to order at least it'll be fresh and hot when you get it
