Best notary in town quick very efficient I always use them for what ever I need when it comes to title transfer’s for buying a car to just getting something notarized they are the best and what’s really grate is the mobile notary they have for those days you need something notarized and you can’t get down to the office they come to you.

Hands down the best place to get title work done along with so many other services. Frank took care of the 6 house's we needed to get transferred with a blink of an eye. Thanks you guys and we will continue to refer business your way.

I went in today to have one document notarized. I gave they guy one sheet of paper and told him I just needed my signature notarized. He opens it up and begins to read. At that time I asked him if he had to read it. He scrunched his face up as if a said something wrong and said" I need to verify the contents of the documents that I'm notarizing." I said ok, it's just private . He then said he couldn't notarize it because the date typed across the top was not today's date and I could not write over it or change it. Firstly, notaries do not have to read your document!!! They only have to verify your identity for signature and the TYPE of document!!Secondly, I could have easily written the date next to my signature and left the typed in date. It doesn't even make sense. What if I'm signing a letter provided to me by a company with a previous date?? I took it to a notary on the Northside and she did not read it, only scanned it to write in her book the type. Needless to say I won't be doing any business, professional or personal here. Edit: the date of the document does NOT need to match the date of notarization, only your certificate does. Also, In order to witness or attest to a signature, it is only necessary to identify type of document only for your record only, my identity and signature. It is not required that I swear or affirm that the statement within is true for this. So my document did not have to contain specific language..He was mad that I asked a question and he made up an excuse not to do it.. Either that or he doesn't know what he's talking about.
