If you don't want to ask a manager...there's an 800 number on the back of the Starbucks cards by the cash registers. They are free, until you load them up with money and register them...which you don't have to do to call in. They like constructive feedback over the 800 number.
It could be that someone is late coming in. They have to have a certain number of employees in order to open or close. I've come by and they've been closed before the posted time because someone called out
They normally open at 5:15 am.

That's lame, i would report tgevstore to corporate. I only use the drive thru atvthis location. The wifi us really slow if there are a few people on it and its just not a comfortable environment tovchill compared to some other locations. Thw more stores they add, the less thought goes into any of them.
Only been to thst one a few times and quite honestly they were slow. Tell Starbucks about this store and ask.
