Last Sunday my daughter had an all day competition for dance. We hadn't eaten or had anything to drink. So I walked over from the arts center to get her something from Starbucks to make her happy and give her some kind of nourishment. Unfortunately, the shop was closed do to not enough staff. But the drive thru was open. So I did what a desparate parent would do..I asked the cars that were in line of they minded I walked in line to get my daughter something to drink and eat. They were more than happy to help. I patiently waited for 20 minutes in the hot sun for my turn. Then as soon as I walked up to the speaker to order, the two staff members told me they are refusing me service and to get out of the line. I explained my situation and all they did was tell me it was crazy and a liability and refused me service. To please leave. I was appalled!! Even the cars in line were upset for me and offered to buy my order. I would never give my business to them. I know we will be at the art center many more times, but I will never go nor recommend any business to this location. There was no reason for them to treat me like I was a freak for making do with the situation since they weren't capable for being open. What a shame

I was extremely appalled at the low level of customer service that I was offered at this location. It is a state law that if a gift card has $10 or less on the card that a vendor should refund the remaining value on the card. I had an employee told me that they only did one card per day, as in the store only refunded one card to only one individual on any given day. I couldn't believe this. Furthermore I ordered a beverage at the location and was denied access to the restroom when then a lady after me asked you to restroom and was granted access. I am homeless and feel horribly discriminated against at this location.

First time trying Starbucks breakfast, don't think I'll be trying again. I think the bread was a little too toasty.

I would contact the corporate office with this question.
If you don't want to ask a manager...there's an 800 number on the back of the Starbucks cards by the cash registers. They are free, until you load them up with money and register them...which you don't have to do to call in. They like constructive feedback over the 800 number.
Management at the store could almost certainly give you that information.
