I wouldn't say so, no. I don't remember the entrance having a ramp. Lots of narrow halls and stuff
It can be easy to get into and some areas are wide but a lot of them are not and it was fairly crowded when I went there so maybe go at a less busy time and their employees seem extremely friendly so I'm sure they'd assist you. I'm not sure on the elevators though.
Yes, please call when you arrive so we can put out a ramp, and help with the door. Thanks
Short answer: not really. However the staff, especially Jeri (I think that is the correct spelling) are very helpful. So as everyone elae has said, call ahead.
Not really.
Ditto to Juan & Nicole comments. I think a wheelchair could fit thru the door, but the aisles are really narrow in various areas. I suggest calling ahead & speaking with the staff about your concerns. I've seen workers acting as shopping assistants for customers in person & over the phone. Some of their staff is very knowledgeable and can assist you with getting the items you need quickly. But, if you're going to browse you will find it challenging in some areas as noted, the place just isn't wheelchair friendly.
Yup call ahead, try to go on weekday when not so busy. Its main floor has open isles but the more upstairs you go the narrower it gets.
