Yes, they offer free training sessions in groups that are included with the membership on how to use the equipment & to help you design an exercise program. These trainers are not high quality but knowing how to use the equipment is key. Used improperly eqpmnt can cause injury & does not produce satisfactory results. IE: 60% of people who treadmill on the incline hang on to the top of the treadmill like a cartoon. This works their upper arms but not legs & it is not good cardio. The appropriate method is to fold arms at elbows and let them pump the air which aides in momentum, holding your legs at an angle and running uphill. Another example is that many people using free weights swing their arms as they bring the weight up to their chest this is improper because you're using momentum to bring the weight up instead of your muscles. Any gym membership entitles you to ask for help learning the equipment even at another gym.
